I meet really nice person today
Today, I meet someone special, not a women but a men. I proudly and loudly said, I really glad to meet him. Thanks to god for meeting me to this kind of person. I'm really grateful. Here how the story begin.
He came yesterday(Saturday), as he enter the shop, I greet him "Good evening and welcome sir", he replied "Thanks, can I come in a and look around?", my 1st thought this men was a weird person because normally people will replied "thank you, I've look first". So he enter the shop and look around while I was standing on the other side(I'm a not accompany him looking around the shop). 5min later he came to me and said "Thank you, I've look around this shop", I've a second thought, he probably a guy from Apple Inc who try to check our services to the customer, I'm so dead. LOL. After that he introduce himself, His name was Reza. He took out a piece of paper out from his shirt pocket and show me. The paper content was a specification for MacBook Pro 13" 2.53Ghz. In my heart I was like "JACKPOT!!".
After that I show him the demo unit for what he looking for. He start asking question about this and that. So I just do thing like normally I do as most salesman will do around 20minutes. After I tell him everything about accessories and promotion for the MacBook Pro, he said on polite way, "Sorry for bothering you so long, I'm not going to buy it today, but I will definitely do it tomorrow and I will bring my friend along because he know more about computer more then I do, I'm not an IT guy. You're a really nice person because you tell me everything, I hope god will help you and keep you happy always" I was like, OMG! this guy is really.. AWESOME! KIND! POLITE! Dunno what to describe.
To make it short, On the next day(Sunday) he came over. "Hye! meet my friend Hadi", we shake hand and introduce ourself. After done talking again regarding the promotion, capability(guide by his friend Hadi who is a pilot), we're ready to fill up the form and buy the macbook pro but there is some problem with it. At first I tell Winnie I'm giving him Speck See Thru casing and Cleaning Kit but Winnie disagree because we're only giving out a sleeve as free gift. So I check again with my friend Lim because last time Nicholas mention you can give speck case but no sleeve and keyboard protector and Lim helping me out telling it to Winnie. At the same time while waiting for the process to proceed the form, Mr Reza came to me and said "I'm sorry if I'm troubling you, don't worry about the casing and so on, I know what you do is for me and you're doing your best for me because I saw it happen in front of me, I want you to be happy to sell it to me, no pressure." and he start smiling. I was speechless and dunno what to say for 10sec and look at straight to his both eyes and said "Thank you reza, I don't know what else to said, I'm really glad today I serve you and no one else did, I feel really lucky and grateful for meeting a person like you".
After he start paying and everything are ready, I go setup his MacBook Pro guided by Rabi(our technical support). After everything are done, he said "Today I forgot to bring something, I have a small gift for you" I replied "Is okay, don't worry about it, meeting a person like you is a priceless gift to me" he start to smile and said, "Don't worry I go back to hotel and bring the thing to you, I'm staying at Prince hotel only" I replied "That quite far sir, you don't have to do that just for me" he replied "you're a really nice person so I want to do something for you. I'll be back later around 1 hour". That time almost maghrib.. buka puasa la that mean.. he back as soon I back from buka puasa and bought a small goodies bag. "Here a gift for you from me, It just a small give, I hope god will always keep you happy, guiding you to the right road/path because you are really nice person, next time I will come back and see you again". At the same time he also looking for Rabi. "Please said thank you to Rabi and for helping me out, next time I come, I will see him too" He start to smile again. I'm speechless, and he added "Don't worry, you just need to keep doa/pray a good thing for me, that all I want". Then, we shake hand and he leave :)
If I've a chance again to meet you I wanna said this again to you, Thanks for being my customer, understanding, doa/pray for me, giving a gift for me and thanks for everything, thanks god for meeting such a nice person, I never meet anyone like him in my life. Next time we meet, I want to take a picture with him.. DEFINITELY WILL !!
